Rip off Supermans cape. Take a trinity Batmans goggles and put them around supermans head. Super glue a Hydra soldier rifle to his shoulder. Cut off 2 of wolverines claws and super glue one to each fist to look like little dagers. Paint his hands black. Paint his boots black. Paint around his S black. Paint his belt black and paint his pelvis black and on his little cylinder in the middle of his belt paint that blue. Thats it.
