It's not a new recipe but I still wanted to do my interpretation of Dr Lykos especially after scoring me a Savage Land set! I sculpted the beak and head and shaved off the fin and lever. I removed the ball joints from a pair of Annihilus wings and after lots of experimentation fixed them directly to the arms themselves. He got an all over drybrush with snot green to match the wings and he supports his own weight standing up too!
