I hacked the hands, head, and hoses off of my Warblade figure to do this custom. I removed Iron Fists hands and head and rescuplted the new hands and head to fit. I also removed his collar and filled in the space with Apoxie Scuplt. I finally painted him from head to toe.

Yeah, even I wouldn't bother with complicated sharp claws when it looks good as is.
