This is my 3rd custom here, and it was a custom I did about 3 years ago. I am currently moving and came across it and thought this would be great to display here at the realm.
It is made up of WWF Titantron series Road Dog Jesse James. I ripped of his dreadlocks then covered him in glutter glue to get that disfigured look, added a bead for the bugged out eye, gave him a sloppy paint job for the dirty look, wraped a small artificial Christmas tree branch around his waist for the "too-too", and there you go...The Toxic Avenger. This figure was inspired by the movie Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger part IV. I hope you like it providing that you heard of the Toxic Avenger.
Oh I almost forgot, Road Dogs dreadlocks came in handy as the head of Toxie's mop which was glued to a lolly pop stick.
