Clarence J. Boddicker Custom Action Figure

You probably don't think he's a very nice guy.

Obviously I had to create my namesake. I started with a Han Solo torso, then added the legs from a Darth Maul and the arms and head from a Tarkin. I ended up having to swap the feet with the ones from the original Han figure after they melted in the boiling pot. The pocket and collar on the shirt were sculpted. The jacket was made from a Boss Nass robe and plenty of Sculpy (next time I'll have some Apoxie ready). I sanded off the original hair and sculpted a replacement -- the whole head was repainted save the eyes, as was the rest of the figure.Light drybrushing was used. Clarence's scarf came from Maul's belt. The glasses were the hardest part -- I ended up having to make them completely out of staples which I cut, twisted, and glued. The gun was made from several weapon accessories. For the most part I was satisfied; the figure looks a bit "rough" but it matches the grimy appearance of the film and character. Enjoy!
