This custom is based on the first Cap uniform worn back in the early 1940's. I made no real changes to his body except for the paint job. I repainted his hole body in flat blue and I didnt stripe the back of his uniform, I just made a large white star. I repainted the mask to look more like a helmet and left the neck exposed. The shield is from cheap Cap like figure, with the dremmel i made the two grooves and repainted it.
