This is another megaman custom I made out of boredom, Arm Guns are all pellet blasters that's very functional. I also included a laser cannon made out of a lighter, I think it's nice. repainted plus a little sculpy for the shoulders. Smudge is the fusion of Scarecrow and Skullfire
