Ok, the first one is from my persnal collection, but all were made the same. The top half is a movie edition Hulk and the bottom is a Gamma rage Hulk. Figures were popped apart and popped back together with a hair dryer. The cape is permanently attached at two small holes in the collar of the figure. The backwards "S" symbol on the first one is supposed to resemble a question mark.
