All the packs from the belt were removed except the big one in the back center and the water canteen. The chest and shield front were done with apoxie. REPAINT. Weapon from Power Team Elite.
*Revised* - This rework was totally inspired by chazzo. The swashbuckler boots were changed to the much more militaristic Punisher Icons boots. However the Punisher had been customized into a Union Jack, thats why the red straps, but I think I like them.
I also attached a knife and a grenade to the inside of the shield.
