Well, I painted him black. Actually this is the first figure that I let my son paint. The hand claws are from an Overtkill McFarlane toy. The buckle is from... I don't remember. The cape buckles (don't really buckle the cape) are from a Texas chainsaw massacre toy, they were the tips of some kind of little scissors. The cape is removable and snaps. The cowl is removable but I plan to redo it. It is extremely tight, and just not quite right. It was actually the head of a Sand Scorpian Cobra-G.I Joe. The wrist gauntlets are apoxie.
