The boots are from a Sand Scorpian Cobra-G.I.Joe. The head is one of those 50 cent things that harrass you when you're leaving the grocery store. The cape is some nice fabric that was hunted out specifically for this figure. The gauntlets are apoxie with idb glued on decorations from a jewelery/craft store. The pants are painted but still move. The cape and boot are not removable. The "eyes"/cape clasps are jewelery pieces.
*Revised* - I realized the hands this figure had were awful. So one hand came from a Magneto Icon and the other came from a black suit Spider-man Icon. Much better. I left the second picture as a "before", so you could see for yourself how bad they looked.
