This Thing was the first one I made. Ironically it was also the first custom figure that I ever bought. Someone else had changed the head and drawn in the upper body lines. I do not remember who that was. I also do not know where they got that head. I rocked up (each rock is seperately placed and positioned) the lower half and painted it in layers. First is a layer of brown, concentrating on the cracks. Then is mustard yellow, going for complete coverage. Then orange, kinda dry brushed over it all. Then another orange just lightly, and touch up with another brown. It comes out perfect time and time again. Then I draw in all the lines with an ultra fine sharpie pen. and clear coat with a matte finish for no shine. The last picture is my most recent Thing, with custom box and Thing Icon comic.
