So I bought a whole box of various TFs and decided it was time to start using them up. I used a Transmetals Megatron (AKA Armada Dinobot) for Grimy. He's basically a repaint with hand made weaponry. The sword is a Spiderman Claw mixed with a Power Ranger axe and the Gun is a piece of that ax mixed with some robotic shotgun I had in my fodder box.

I've seen this conversion as well, but I must admit that the other ones I've seen just repainted the face. Props for actually sculpting his face. Th paint job is stellar as usual. Where do you get all these bases?
