Actually, the vinyl material I got from an officemate's pillow cover sometime early 2007. It was pretty beat up so I took the vinyl for future use. Didn't had any idea that I will be using it for Snowbird. Guess it was luck, it matches with the blue scheme.

Nice cape! It fits perfectly with an icy effect.
I can't seem to find any thin vinyl anymore since the store that sold it here closed.
