![[Red Hood] Hello Realmers, I’d like to present a rather simple custom that I made for my 3.75” scale Batman line, Red Hood. I made this figure from an Iron Man Armored Adventures head, Dark Knight Batman body/legs, Indiana Jones jacket/arms, Ultimate Hawkeye belt/fodder guns, and a good coat of paint. I finished this custom a couple months ago, but before I uploaded it, something still looked a bit off to me; I’d left the Dark Knight Batman belt on. After digging through the fodder bin, I found the Ultimate Hawkeye belt, which looked perfect on it. Anyway, thanks for checking it out everyone, and as always comments/suggestions are always welcome.](userimages/customs/50000/49960-1.jpg) Red Hood Batmanby Bad_Guy_RobotHello Realmers, I’d like to present a rather simple custom that I made for my 3.75” scale Batman line, Red Hood. A modern incarnation of Batman's personal aircraft (a.k.a., the Batplane), which first appeared in Tim Burton's 1989 Batman motion picture. The Batwing was designed by Anton Furst and the initial model construction was done by Derek Meddings. At least five versions of the iconic vehicle, in a range of sizes (everything from a one-foot-long miniature to a full-scale replica), were fabricated by staff for use in filming the various scenes in which it appears. This bat-symbol-shaped aircraft proved quite popular and was subsequently adapted to the comic book source material as well as other Batman media.
The Batwing is armed with two side-mounted GE M134 miniguns, four wing-mounted missile launchers, and retractable "jaws" concealed within the nose of the aircraft. Solomon Grundy was a real surprise in Arkham City I definitely was not expecting him to show up, but loved the fact he was there. I searched and searched for a Solomon Grundy figure but never found one that was the correct size as the game showed him to be, so I made this one from a 9.5 in tall Red Hulk Figure.
He is on ebay and hopefully sells so I can fund the next project.
To make this figure I did the following:
Clean, scrub, removed any removable paint
Primer and repaint whole figure with acrylic paint
shaved hair to proper length
shaved lips to look like Solomon's
added chains to wrists (removable)
painted veins
painted stitching on arms and chest
fabricated the entire jacket from plastic epoxy (should be pretty durable, buy I don't suggest throwing it around)

Dick Grayson has already been off on his own as Nightwing for a while at this point, but feels it is his duty to become the next Batman. I thought this concept was pretty awesome and have not seen anyone do this figure yet so I made it. I may have botched the story a little bit (sorry about that) and if you want to know if Batman is dead you will have to read the comic, I won't spoil that.

I made this figure from a Movie Masters Sinestro [chest symbol dremeled down], with 6" scale Star Trek Nero hands [for weapon holding] and a DCUC Superboy head [glasses removed and hair dremeled]. After I put everything together and modified the head, I painted on the mask, a tad difficult on this face but turned out decent. I then played around with some different ideas with the suit, but eventually went with a more comic-based look. I first did the symbol in blue, then edged it all the way around with a light blue I mixed up, which I think really made it pop. His eskrima sticks are made from two random fodder projectile things cut down to length. Overall I'm really proud of how this Nightwing turned out. ![[New 52 Catwoman] I know that DC is coming out with a N52 Catwoman later in the year but since she's part of a boxed set I probably will not be able to afford her so I decided to try my hand at making one. Adapting the basic recipe others here have posted I used the ML Mystique. I sculpted the gloves and boots. The straps on the boots are rubber bands. The buckles are painted on. Her choker is also a piece of rubber band with a small piece of plastic glued on and painted silver for a pendant. I used the head from the Hush Catwoman. Her whip is the same one you usually get with her figure, just coiled up and tied with a black twisty. The necklace she has just stolen is from an old Black Adam figure.

![[Arkham Asylum Armored Batman] 2 years ago, I found a CG Armored Batman. I really like the design, and popped up an idea in mind, I must make a custom-made 7" figure that looked exactly like the one in the CG image.
It took me more than 2 years to complete this task. Actually, I only worked on it if I was in free time and with good mood.
Whenever I found new information from the web, I would destroy the original built part and sculpt again. This was the reason that makes whole progress totally behind the schedules.
Back to my custom figure, I used a ML12 Iron Fist as the base, gloves and boots were from ML FF Movie Mr. Fantastic. The cape was from DCD Arkham City 1 Batman Infected.
Other than mentioned above, head to toe body was sculpted with Magic Sculpt.

I even had a wrestler figure I got some years ago for that purpose but that I've never been able to customize. Tonight I was looking at some of the stuff in the fodder box that was leftover after my Bane figure and I got an idea:
head, biceps, lower arms: wrestler figure (dunno his name)
torso and shoulders: Expendables 2 Gunner Jensen
legs: NECO Duke Nuke 'Em
gun: Expendables Gunner Jensen
wristband: first aid tape
I boiled and popped the Gunner Jensen head and replace it with the wrestler's bald head. However, this made the figure's arms out of proportion to the head so I boiled and popped then off at the biceps and replaced them with the wrestler's arms. The peg on the groin of the Duke Nuke Em figure was a little large for the hole on the Jensen figure so I used an exacto blade to widen the latter and in it popped.

The top half is a Clown Face that I restructured from the chest up and totally resculpted the arms. The hands are from an SMC Juggernaut. I got rid of the knuckle bands and fixed the fingers. The wrist bands and belt are sculpted and the metal nipples are casts of pen tips. The head is an original sculpt built on the HOM Hulk head.
