The recipe is a little different from the previous ChromeSkull custom. Painted orange, it was nothing special, he just looked like some dude wearing his heartburn on the outside. So decided to remove all the sculpted flames and go with the painted black streaks over his costume as he's drawn in the comics. It's a little more retro looking but fits well with the flame trail, built using apoxie sculpt over a Starfire base.
