![[Batman - the Dark Knight] Based on the idea by Fitzjedi, neca's Ryu is by far one of the best bases to get an easy and awesome Batman figure.
Cape's removable and fits on easily with 2 small magnets.
Sticky gun sculpted from scratch.
Head's from a Toy Biz LOTR Aragorn figure.
Also I prefer to have the oval bat symbol on the belt, too, probably the only good thing Joel Schumacher added to the suit.](userimages/customs/33500/33038-1.jpg) Batman - the Dark Knight | ![[BANE the Dark Knight Rises 7inch] Finaly iv´e done my second custom..and it´s again BANE (from the Dark Knight Rises).

![[Great White Shark] The Great White Shark! Joker told him he was the worst person he'd ever met, how's that for a compliment? Love this villain, I love most of the Batman villains. I know I normally only do Marvel stuff, but I've been wanting to do some of the lesser known, lesser customized Batman baddies beginning with the Great White Shark.
Dark Knight Joker (the one with the bazooka), Judge Death Head, DK Joker thug hands... I added some ear holes to the Judge Death head and cut the teeth down to points with an exacto knife. That part was hard, I probably should have put a coat of paint on first, as I was working with the clear head... anyway, he turned out nicely, the colors really pop...](userimages/customs/33000/32643-1.jpg) Great White Shark | ![[TDK Joker 3/34th" (Better Pictures)] I used a different camera this time and took some better pictures of some of my customes. ![[Dark Knight Joker] not really a custom, just a "make up" improvement on joker´s face, because I think the original painting was horrible and didn´t resemble ledger´s characterization at all. Just used red and black acrylic paints. The head is sculpted from scratch and not hydroshrunk from any other work. I made sure to go out of my way and put details you don't normally see in any custom figure. The slight roughness in the armor, the cowls nose holes, a separately attached utility belt, all the back armor and even the zipper on the back of the spandex undersuit.
I know the Keaton suit up and down back and front. Im normally a statue sculptor and will be going into greater work with 6 inch figures as I find it challenging to put 1:6 scale details into a smaller 6 inch scale. I will be introducing real materials into my Batman work aswell. I have numerous great things up my sleeve so stay tuned!](userimages/customs/32000/31986-1.jpg) Batman 1989 Michael Keaton DCUC |

![[BATMAN RETURNS - Bruce Wayne] I recently posted the "masked" version of this, and just finished the Unmasked Michael Keaton head. It's the same technique and principle as the other removable cowl. This body and all is the same from the other day, but this is the alternate head version. The chin is a little bigger than i would have liked but I've never tried to sculpt Keaton's unmasked head before and considering that, I think it turned out pretty good...at least a passable likeness. As a side note, my fonts aren't pulling up at PicNik where I edit my photos, so there's just a default font...and I hate it.](userimages/customs/32000/31808-1.jpg) BATMAN RETURNS - Bruce Wayne | ![[BATMAN RETURNS - Michael Keaton] ML Bullseye really is the best base for a super-articulated Batman movie figure. I used one for my Batman '89 custom as well. The entire torso is sculpted and I managed to retain the "bend back" articulation at the ab crunch. The shin guards, gloves, ankle guards and all are there as well. I wanted to separate this from any other 6-inch Batman movie figure by having a completely removable cowl. The entire thing is sculpted from Aves Apoxie Sculpt and is completely removable with the inside hollowed out. I'm in the process of sculpting the unmasked Keaton head to go along with it and will show it when it's done. The cape is 5-piece pleather stitched together and glued only to the neck. The Bat symbol is also sculpted and raised like the movie (rather than painted on like my last one). My son says this is the best figure I've ever done and...well I think I agree. The head sculpt is not quite as good as I wanted, but on this one, it's as close as I can get. The only thing I didn't sculpt this tim around were the Nike shoes Keaton wore in the film. Other than that, it's a good attempt. The head is actually a Buffy Spike head. I chose it because of the pursed lips. The chest symbol was a challenge. Intiially, I planned to sculpt the bat but in this small of a scale it proved to be too difficult for me so I opted to paint it. Painting it was a real challenge as well, but I think I nailed it pretty well after 10-15 attempts! Thanks so much for looking - feedback is welcome as always!](userimages/customs/26000/25858-1.jpg) Michael Keaton BATMAN |
![[Two-Face (Billy Dee Williams)] I am a fan of the Tim Burton Batman films. For those of you who haven't seem these glorious films, Harvey Dent is portrayed by Billy Dee Williams (best known as Lando Calrissian). After the second Batman film, however, Joel Schumacher took over the franchise, and ruined Batman for the masses. Anyway, I always wondered what Billy Dee Williams would look like as Two-Face and took it upon myself to make him. He is made from 2 WWE figures. I razored the head in half before dremeling away to leave a scarred appearance. Then, I just painted. A lot. Just used the Dark Knight Movie Masters and changed the cape to look more like the velvet from the movie (I found some perfect fabric that really drapes well but was very difficult to cut because it was so thin I had to tape it between paper cut outs to give the scissors something to bit on to), took the Batman Begins belt and head, which were way more accurate and gave him an ultra flat clear coat. I think thats it. It is really hard to see all the detail from the picture but he really is repainted from head to toe with different highlights for boots, mesh, armor, belt, and face. Bruce is also a Movie Masters repainted from head to toe with as much detail on the eyes, and I found a perfect case and cellphone to boot.
