![[Crimson Bolt] I've wanted to make this figure ever since I first saw Super. I loved the character of Frank and his alter ego The Crimson Bolt. I couldn't decide which head to go with so I made them interchangeable. I took a Magneto figure from the X-men movie because of the lever on the back. I took off his head and hands then I placed a magnet at the top so I could switch heads. I sculpted the heads from scratch, one mask on, one off. I then sculpted the gloved hands. I decided to make the most of Magneto's back lever. When you pull it down Frank tosses his pipe bombs or bashes a skull in with the wrench. All three accessories were also hand sculpted from scratch. After the pieces were set and sealed I hand painted him and took the photos. I hope other fans of Super enjoy him!](userimages/customs/48000/47645-1.jpg) Crimson Bolt Movie Maniacsby Wonder ToysI've wanted to make this figure ever since I first saw Super. ![[ARROW Oliver Queen] I started with a Toy Biz Marvel Legends Silver Surfer action figure. After removing the head I used Super Sculpey to mold the suit on to the body and the finer details as well. I wanted the head to look like the actor that plays Oliver (Stephen Amell) so I sculpted it from scratch out of sculpey. I glued the head down and next I made the hood out of rubber latex because I wanted it to be removable. Finally I sculpted the bow out of Instamorph and sculpey. I painted everything and sealed it. I hope everyone enjoys it. I included the ebay listing so you can see more detailed photos if you wish.](userimages/customs/46500/46426-1.jpg) ARROW Oliver Queen DC Universeby Wonder ToysI started with a Toy Biz Marvel Legends Silver Surfer action figure. I took a Superman Returns action figure, popped the head off and added my own scratch built head. ![[Captain Apollo] I used a Mork figure as the base because it was originally the same body Mattel used for Starbuck and Adama in the Battlestar toyline from the 70's. I didn't want to use an existing head so I sculpted as close to Richard Hatch's likeness as I could get out of clay and sealed it after baking. I then sculpted the jacket, belt, and holster. The only thing I didn't sculpt was the gun.](userimages/customs/45500/45393-1.jpg) Captain Apollo | ![[Planet of the Apes Cornelius] I used an Obi Wan figure from the Phantom Menace line as my base. ![[Marvel Logan's Run] This figure was inspired by the Star Wars comic pack line. It's my 2nd Logan's Run Logan 5 figure, the first was based on the film, this one is based on the Marvel comic book adaptation from the 70's. I used George Perez's interior art from the comic book as a reference and matched the details the best I could. I began with a speeder bike Luke from the Power of the Force line and sculpted the head and weapon from scratch out of super sculpey for maximum detail. I sealed the clay to avoid cracking or chipping and followed the same with the paint.](userimages/customs/38500/38108-1.jpg) Marvel Logan's Run Marvel Universeby Wonder ToysThis figure was inspired by the Star Wars comic pack line.
