![[Movie Masters Scarecrow (Suit Version)] Shaved off those strange little wingers he had on his mask to make his head more streamlined as it appears in the film. Repainted the parts where I cut. Widened the grip of his right hand into more of a "reaching" pose (also allows him to more easily hold the bottle).
Accessories:
-The bottle of kerosene is made from part of a clear push-pin and a segment of clear plastic from the tube of a mechanical pencil...and yes, there is ACTUAL kerosene sealed inside...well...not really...but there IS some water in there!
-The Zippo lighter is a hand carved piece of plastic (same as Joker's auto-Glock) with a small piece of clear, yellow plastic glued to the top to simulate the flame. Painted chrome and sealed with clear coat.
Honestly...the accessories took a LOT longer than the actual figure mod. I was considering giving him a necktie...but once you lose your medical license you really lose all motivation to look "nice"...am I right or am I right?

Nothing too special. Removed the sleeved arms and added arms from a Mattel WWE figure. The new arms have a bicep swivel (which Bane originally lacked) and an extra wrist joint.

![[The Perfect Nolanverse Batcape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!] Ok. I've seen a LOT of custom cloth capes on this site. A LOT. I'm glad you've all seen the error of Mattel's ways and taken it upon yourselves to improve on an already overpriced figure! Kudos!
But now it's time to get down to brass tacks.
*No tacks (brass or otherwise) are required for this mod.
I have the perfect pattern for a Christopher Nolan series cape. I've pictured it below. Spread out on my DK figure and shown on a standing Begins figure. The DK figure's is made of a super stretchy fabric like you'd find in a pair of yoga pants and Begins' is a stretch velvet.
The Pledge: An ordinary cape (shown standing) with ELEVEN points on it.
The Turn: A spread out cape in glider form with SEVEN points on it.
The Prestige: It's. The. SAME. CAPE.
Here's the trick: If you get the length right the natural folds where the fabric meets the ground will CREATE the extra points NATURALLY. You can just slightly see this effect in action in the side profile of Begins (DK out of focus in](userimages/customs/41500/41190-1.jpg) The Perfect Nolanverse Batcape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It almost seemed like it was built for the DC Universe scale. His knees didn't really fit in the stirrups and he had to stretch his arms straight out to reach the handlebars.
A small screw hold the knee stirrup support bar in place. I removed the screw and cut a few centimeters off of the main shaft so when it was re-attached the stirrups were much higher.
The handlebars were unscrewed and placed further back by about 3/4 of an inch. (You can see in Pic#2 how far back they sit in relation to the original handlebar mounting peg. It's visible on the left side in this picture)
Batman's knees now sit comfortably in the stirrups and he can more naturally reach the handlebars with bent elbows. Combined with my modified Dark Knight figure (with added head-tilt and streamlined shoulder pads) this Batpod is finally worthy of display! :)

![[Movie Masters Dark Knight (Functional Articulation] Nothing too drastic but makes ALL the difference. Please...I urge you ALL to PULL OFF THE SHOULDER PADS AND SHAVE OFF THOSE LITTLE BLOCKS! You can glue the pads right back on while retaining decent articulation...and it makes Batman look like less of a freakin' LINEBACKER.
I took it one step further. Not only did I shave off those blocks, but I carved out and thinned the pads themselves. Also shaved down the shoulders themselves BEYOND the blocks. Then attached two small rubber straps (made from bike innertube rubber) to the pads. Slipped the pads back up Bats' arms and viola! Not only do the pads stay perfectly in place (flush with his arms where they SHOULD be) but they flex beautifully when the arms are raised giving BETTER articulation than before any alteration.
The neck...dear god the neck. If any of you out there have a Batpod you know what I'm talking about. Popped the head off and carved a small gap in the back of the neck wide enough for the head peg to fit in.
