![[Quake 1 Shambler] ''...suffering from near-fatal wounds, I was trying to find my way through darkness, in an endless labyrinth of chambers, holding tight my last serviceable weapons, a double shot-gun with last few shells and an heavy double axe. Cautious as if Death waited for me behind every corner, lost in a silent corridor, I could only hear the fast beating of my heart. Suddenly, a deep roar thrilled my soul: from the other end of the corridor, something like a giant white gorilla or a standing polar bear, 12 feet of height, came out of darkness. Fearful jaws shined in his head, and giant claws armed his limbs; a long whitish gory fur gave him a even more fearful aspect. That view reminded me in all details the description I have been told many years before by an old veteran at the Space Marine Training School. But soon I also discovered another abominable detail: he could generate a powerful lighting, combining the upper limbs upon his head. A sudden flash and a swish, that luckily just missed me.](userimages/customs/46000/45971-1.jpg) Quake 1 Shambler Quakeby roberto.bracciante''...suffering from near-fatal wounds, I was trying to find my way through darkness, in an endless labyrinth of chambers, holding tight my last servic...10 comments | ![[Quake 1 Player] I have made the Quake 1 marine character (player), in honor to the hundreds hours spent more than 15 years ago on this mighty game.
Sculpted in green stuff and plasticard on an Indiana Jones range figure, trying to give to it that gothic appeal like the game had.
90% of figure surfaces were covered with green stuff, so base figure is only hardly recognizable.
Axe and double shotgun were scratch-built in plasticard and metal tubes.
Hope you like it!

![[Narnia Ogre] Hi guys!
I used a giant fat WWE figure to build this abominion ogre. Just a fast and easy head and feet resculpt, to create an ogre pawn, as seen in the Narnia movie, and some felt and green stuff armor/clothes. Stone axe is a cotton ball hardened with vinyl glue.
Hope you like it!
Cheers and Merry Xmas to you all!!!!

I created this figure this way: I prepared a silicon mold of a female figure (only head and trunk, only front side) then casted a copy in green stuff and glued that to copper wires for the arms and to steel wire for a basing. Then cover with vynil glue and a layer of woodland scenics fine turf on head and trunk, plus a ready-made WS turf foliage. Surprisingly, Face details are still recognizable.
Enjoy!
P.S.: I added some movies shots to show the character as it is in the movie and a concept drawing from the Narnia designers' artwork.](userimages/customs/45500/45263-1.jpg) Narnia Dryad Fantasyby roberto.braccianteAlthough I can't see a use for it in my Narnia battle diorama set, I added this dryad to my Narnia range, because I am victim of her charm. Starting from a common WWE figure, I sculpted on it a minoboar. Legs were completely removed and replaced with epoxy pig ones. Almost all surfaces were covered with layers of epoxy putty, to build masses and details. Banner in plasticard and fabric, home printed with a movie banner livery. Snowflake banner top was designed by me as a 3d file and 3dprinted by shapeways.
Painted with Vallejo colours.
A note: I spent a lot of time looking for something to work as a banner top, till I decided to make my own in 3d printing, copying it from some movie shots: this solution was the fastest and reasonably cheap.
Enjoy it!](userimages/customs/45500/45077-1.jpg) White Witch's Army Ensign Holder Minoboar Fantasyby roberto.braccianteHi mates! A new addition to my Narnia range: ensign minoboar.

![[Minotaur] I added a new head (from Narnia range Otmin figure) to a Skeletor body, then sculped new hands with epoxy, new 'leather-like' skirt in felt, and new legs, carving old ones.
Tail is made robust and flexible with green stuff on an electric copper wire core.
Leather limbs protections in green stuff. Coloring with Vallejo model master paintings.
Axel is scratchbuilt in plasticard and green stuff.
It still has the original figure slashing action (pushing the rear button).
Enjoy!

I completed this Faun inspired by Narnia 1 movie.
Used a Mattel WWE figure, two legs from a plastic goat, some fur from a peluche, epoxy putty for the facial plastic surgery, a strip from a red acrylic cover for the scarf. All painted with Vallejo modelmaster colours.

![[White Witch Jadis in Battle Suit] I wanted a NARNIA Jadis figure in 7'' suitable for a battle of Beruna diorama I am working at with my daughters.
I started from a commercial action figure body (battlestar Galactica Caprica 6), because it allows complete arm rotation, to imitate Queen's sword moves seen in the movie duels. I replaced original head with a scratch-built resin head, then made dress with grey felt cloth, hardened with vinyl glue onto the body; a peluche squirrel tail became the wig and the collar. Reindeer helmet is made in epoxy resin. Wand is a plasticard rod, and 'crystals' are made with layers of cyanoacrylic and UHU glue. Colors are from Vallejo range.
Minoboar escorting the queen in the pics will be subject of a further entry.
Hope you like it!
