![[Roland Deschain: the Gunslinger (the Dark Tower Se] This is a tribute custom for The Dark Tower books by Stephen King. I just finished the entire series this year and got inspired to create my own Roland Deschain custom.
I already had a few bits and pieces lying around in my fodder bin, including major pieces from my Billy the Kid figure. That included the head, the duster coat, the boots, the gun belts, one of the pistols. I stitched it together with ML Nick Fury torso and an Angel figure's waist and legs. The rest, like the scarf, were sculpted.
I based his look on one of the books' artwork, where he's mostly brown and dusty (hence a lot of wash and dry-brushes).](userimages/customs/39000/38950-1.jpg) Roland Deschain: the Gunslinger (the Dark Tower Se Marvel Legendsby ViolentDreamThis is a tribute custom for The Dark Tower books by Stephen King. It's entitled "Winter's Twilight", which our DM wrote, and is a cross-universe story between the Forgotten Realms and Dragonlance universes. It being a souvenir, it's not the actual character token that we use in-game.
SkyClad Nimblewind is a Kender from Krynn whose origins are still hazy, as he was raised as a "Halfling" by his Kender parents, wandering in the cities in the Forgotten Realms. After his parents have disappeared (Wanderlust or by some still unknown reasons), he has grown to know himself as a Halfling, albeit with attributes that are inherent to Kenders of Krynn - which no one he has encountered is familiar with (again, Wanderlust, the lack of Fear, extreme curiousity, "keeping" things for others, etc.).
He's at level 9 right now, and is a Rogue - Thief.

![[Jonas Glim from the Lobo Series] I got the Lobo SDCC-exclusive DCUC action figure but needed a sidekick that he could literally kick-around, hehe. Jonas Glim easily comes to mind - he was with Lobo even way back from issue # 1.
A bit of background on who he is, from Wikipedia:
"Jonas Glim is a fictional character, a tusked, alien bounty hunter from Lobo comics. His first appearance is in Lobo #1 (Dec 1993). He was created by Alan Grant and Val Semeiks.
Jonas meets up with Lobo, as they both work for the same bounty hunter agency for a while. Their early adventures are marred with mistrust. During a search and retrieval of a Mafia accountant, Jonas doesn't want to turn his back on Lobo after the 'fiasco on Bwayne's Word'[1]. The accountant, Vernon Z. Quigly becomes involved with Mort Fatale and the Dead Boys. This results in multiple battles between both sides. Eventually Lobo and Vernon take off in issue #3. Glim believes that Lobo has betrayed him again, leaving him to mafia soldiers. He survives this and lat](userimages/customs/19500/19113-1.jpg) Jonas Glim from the Lobo Series D.C. Though not one of my favorites, he's actually one of the most memorable from Samurai Shodown II because of his big gauntlet as his weapon.
Here's a little background info from Wikipedia:
He is a Prussian warrior and the leader of the Red Lion Knights. He went to Japan to deal with the threat of Mizuki.[13] In his ending, he saves his country from demons and is married to Elizabeth, the daughter of the Prussian King.[92]
In the spin-off, Samurai Spirits RPG, he married Queen Victoria and is protecting France against any demon attacks. He assists the party battling Mizuki whilst they are in Paris and Green Hell. However, Mizuki traps him within one of the Dark Bells, a medium which increases Ambrosia's powers and siphons evil spirits. Knowing the dangers of the Bell, he allows the party to destroy it, killing himself in the process.

![[Genjuro Kibagami from the Samurai Shodown Series] Genjuro, from the Samurai Showdown fighting game series from SNK, has always been one of my favorite characters. His name means Mystic Tenth Son in Japanese.
He's also the official rival to Haohmaru, in the series. Here's a little background info from Wikipedia:
"He claims to have killed his family and at least a thousand other people. His mother was a prostitute and, due to her profession, he knows nothing about his father. When he was fifteen, Genjuro killed one of her clients -due to his mother's pleas for protection from her client's drunken rage. As he went to leave, she attacked him, leaving the scar on his back, and he killed her.[62] Orphaned, Nicotine spotted him and took him under his tutelage along with Haohmaru in his dojo.[24] Both students were close friends yet Genjuro's hunger for power worried Nicotine. To test his student, he decided to have them fight to determine who was stronger, with a scroll that promises power as the reward.
