The last figure I posted was over four months ago, which was about the time I first started on this one. I hope it was worth the wait.
Recipe:
I used a McFarland's Fantasy Ogre figure as the main base. I cut off the original face and sculpted the pig face and ears. The tusks were from extra scraps I had lying around, as was the skull belt buckle, with the ram horns sculpted on. The Triforce crest and the leather strip connecting it to the loincloth were both sculpted.
The cape came from a D.C. Universe Superman. The chains came from the Guitar Hero God of Rock's guitar strap. The sheet hanging from the loincloth came from a Marvel Legends Elektra figure.](userimages/customs/17500/17348-1.jpg) Ganon |

Arms, torso, jacket -- Ryu (Neca Street Fighter IV)
Hands -- Guile (SOTA Street Fighter)
Sword sheath-- aluminum pipe

It was made from an Elektra figure. It was mostly just a re-paint, but there was a little bit of sculpting for the shoulder pads, collar, and glove cuffs. Since Jody Summer has extra long hair, it was extended with an applied combination of Aves FixIt sculpt and extra hair cut off from a She-Hulk figure.](userimages/customs/14500/14174-1.jpg) Jody Summer Nintendoby RandomCreationsIt's Jody Summer of the F-Zero series. ![[Captain Falcon] Another Captain Falcon figure I made. If you include Blood Falcon, this is my third incarnation of this figure. While it's only roughly been four months since I made the first two, I think comparing the three shows my painting skills have progressed quite a bit.
I made this one pretty much the same way, only this time using a Marvel Legends Wolverine figure in lieu of the D.C. Universe Orion, which was slightly more involving since I had to sculpt the helmet myself, whereas Orion already had one. One thing the original has over this one is the added alternate expressions.](userimages/customs/14500/14017-1.jpg) Captain Falcon Nintendoby RandomCreationsAnother Captain Falcon figure I made. When he's not fighting an elderly fat kid from another time, playing with an imaginary tiger named Hobbes, or doing Alltel commercials, he can be seen duking it out with other Nintendo characters in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, where most people outside of Japan will know him from.
This figure was made from a Super Mario Toad figurine. I started by cutting off the mushroom hat and lower torso and pulled out the arms. I then sculpted sleeves onto the tops of the arms and reattached them. The hair, ears, and shorts were all sculpted as well. The feet came from the lower parts of the left over legs of the Heroes Claire Bennett figure I used for my Adult Wind Waker Link figure.
The Rope Snake was made from a bendy-tie, rubber grip, and gluegun glue.](userimages/customs/14000/13551-1.jpg) Lucas Nintendoby RandomCreationsIt's Lucas, the telepathic preteen whose first appearance was in the Japanese game Mother 3 (EarthBound 2). ![[Adult Wind Waker Link] If you're familiar with the Legend of Zelda series, you're probably aware that the series spans over multiple generations and that each gen features a different hero, known as "Link". While there are at least five different incarnations of Link, usually only two are ever made into custom figures: the ones from "Ocarina of Time" and "Twilight Princess".
I felt it was time for the customizing community to see something different, so I made a Link custom based on what is possibly the least popular incarnation-- "The Wind Waker" Link. The blame for this particular Link's lack of popularity can probably be traced back a questionable style choice made by the designers. Many claim "The Wind Waker" felt too "kiddie" because of the game's "toon" style graphics. I've always disagreed. It's always been my personal opinion that the use of a prepubescent Link, is what doomed the game from maintaining a mature feeling. Using both](userimages/customs/13500/13173-1.jpg) Adult Wind Waker Link | ![[Blood Falcon] For the most part, I did everything the same as the with the Captain Falcon figure. The only differences (aside from the colors of paint) were that this time, instead of using the Guile faces (which I no longer had) I instead used the face from the Marvel Legends' Banshee for one, and for the other I used one of the faces from the Street Fighter Balrog figure by repainting the face a lighter tone, and using sculpting putty to fill in the missing tooth. For the scarf, I used part of the cape from the Crisis of Infinite Earths' Huntress and repainted it yellow.
The Captain Falcon figure I originally made had a "Falcon Punch" effect accessory as well as a gun holster with a bendy strap-- neither of which were part of Blood Falcon's design so they had to be left out on this one I came up with something to replace them-- the alien head that Blood Falcon holds in his "F-Zero X" appearance with bendy antennas, as well as a hole drilled into the fist so it could be held.](userimages/customs/13000/12615-1.jpg) Blood Falcon Nintendoby RandomCreationsFor the most part, I did everything the same as the with the Captain Falcon figure. I made it from the D.C. Universe figure of New Gods' Orion. Using an X-Acto knife, I cut off the original face and buried a magnet in the head.
