![[Feral Wolverine] Hello.Feral wolverine was made using a ML brown wolverine body and an age of apocalypse sabertooth head.First I shaved down the head a bit and sculpted the bandanna mask. The ties in the back are strips cut from mystique's skirt.I then removed the original claws and replaced them. The bone claws are bones from some other figure in the fodder bin,cut and shaped with an x-acto knife, and glued into place. Then I hand painted the costume, when it dried completely I added the hairs using an extra fine pilot pen. This is actually the second feral wolverine I've done.I had to sell the first one.Tried to make this one a little better with a slightly more articulated base figure and a more feral look to the figure. Please feel encouraged to comment or critique! I came up with this guy one day when sorting through some fodder from a Matrix APU.I started with a headless ML Ice-man figure, and painted it black. Used the fodder to create all of the cybernetic elements of the costume, including the legs and the stinger, adhering parts to the body as I went along. The helmet was sculpted with magic-sculpt. The entire figure was hand painted. The metal cyber-parts were primed in silver and then painted over in clear yellow. The costume details on the body were painted with an actual gold paint.

![[Breaker Spaceknight] Hello. Here's an obscure character.Breaker is one of the Spaceknights of Galador. He appeared in about two issues of ROM. I am a huge ROM fan and I've always wanted a collection of ROM's spaceknight buddies.
I started with a power ranger from goodwill. I used the dremmel tool to shape the figure a bit and make it easier to sculpt on. Then the sculpting began. All of the armor details are sculpted including the helmet.
After that I primed the entire figure in black and then painted over that with a semi-gloss red. I chose the semi-gloss because I was hoping to get a smooth metallic look without using a metallic paint. The armor details were then dry-brushed in maroon and outlined in black, which is something I've never had to do before but the red was so intense, I needed something to break it up.
I've always loved the look of Breaker's armor especially his bell bottom jet boots, they rock! I also reduced the size of his wrists as they were too big and flared. Next I removed his head,..which became an interesting problem as the neck completely shattered when I pulled the head. I had to create a new neck peg using a screw and re-sculpt the neck. I took a ML Longshot head, removed the hair and sculpted the new hair. The open boot tops are sculpted as well. He was made using a ML Longshot base figure for the body, and a raven spawn's head. The head had to be modified to fit the ML peg. Then it was primed black and the spider symbol was added. The raggedy cape also came from the raven spawn. It was modified a bit then dry brushed in black and red, and adhered to the body using tiny bits of black velcro,...I know it sounds weird!..but it worked out o.k.! ![[Captain Marvel/Shazam!] Hello.I've been away from the customizing scene for a long while, but now I'm back with a custom of my favorite magical superhero,Shazam!!,...or Captain Marvel if you prefer.I've been practicing sculpting, molding, and casting heads for 6 inch figures during my break, and this figure features one of them.I wanted to maintain the sort of boyish look of the character but I still wanted him to look like someone who could fight superman to a standstill. So I aged the captain a bit.Other than the salt and pepper hair,I tried to give him a more serious expression, especially around the eyes.I'm not too sure if I accomplished that effect but, what the hey! I'm still learning!

This is my custom Cloak figure. I wasn't sure if I should post this as Dagger isn't finished yet, but I figured Cloak is a cool character, even on his own so here he is.
I started with a ML Cyclops figure(the one without mid-section articulation)removed the head and sanded down the huge flared boots. I then sculpted over the lower legs with magic-sculpt. Painted the entire body black and started on the head. I used a ML bishop head. Removed the long hair and sculpted in the missing portion. I then shaped the head a bit with the dremmel so it would fit nicely in the hood. Painted the head in a brown skin tone to cover up Bishop's "M".
The hood came from a marvel select Moonknight and is attached to the top of the figure's head with a little cloth at the base to hide the seam between the hood and the cape. The cape itself is from a spawn figure, re-painted blue on the outside and black on the interior.

![[Deathshead Spider-Man Ver. 1] Hello.I've never done a Spider-man custom before so I wanted to do something different.Deathshead Spider-man!
I started with a wal-mart spider-man movie figure.I removed the head and replaced it with a skull from a key chain, cut some plastic from a toy pipe to make the goggles, and the head was pretty much done.I then began to construct the cyborg spider legs backpack. For that I used an old Mr. Freeze robot spider legs thing.I really liked it because the legs are actually poseable.
Then I got the old dremmel out and sanded down the underside of the housing so it would fit onto the figure's back.Next I glued tubing and wires from a Matrix APU onto the figure and the back pack to make it look more mechanical.
I altered the costume with magic-sculpt to try to make it look more menacing, sort of like a variation on the Alex Ross costume.Painted the blue areas of the costume black and the red areas maroon for a darker look.
The spider legs can actually hold up the entire figure which is pret](userimages/customs/32000/31780-1.jpg) Deathshead Spider-Man Ver. 1 Originalby customapprenticeHello.I've never done a Spider-man custom before so I wanted to do something different.Deathshead Spider-man!

Please think of this as an homage. Later I used the dremmel to add the details/lines of the neck. The head is from some random wrestler figure but it has such a painfully perplexed look on it's face it screamed Bizarro to me.Dremmeled the back and underside of the head so it would fit tightly on the sculpted neck and attached the head to the body.
From the neck down(except the hands)the figure was painted black and dry-brushed blue. While the head, neck, and hands were base coated in blue and dry-brushed white. The boots, belt, and belt loops were sculpted. The "S" is made of adhesive backed vinyl and han](userimages/customs/31500/31274-1.jpg) Bizarro Superman Supermanby customapprenticeHello.I would first like to acknowledge the works of Madtinker who came up with this recipe.Absolute respect man.
