![[Iron Monger the Dark Knight Joker Ver.] If you've seen any of my previous customs you will have noticed that I have a thing for Iron Man and robots in general. I'm also a huge fan of the Nolan Batman movies. So why not combine the two eh?
Here is my Iron Monger Joker Ver.
I have used the Hot Toys DX Joker as my inspiration. I wasn't sure how this one was going to turn out, and still wasn't convinced as I was wondering how to have the green hair on a robot. But luckily the Iron Monger head is made of two parts, so I figured the back of the head could simply be block green.
I think it's turned out pretty good. Feedback always welcome.](userimages/customs/26500/26044-1.jpg) Iron Monger the Dark Knight Joker Ver. ![[Iron Man Mark VI Battle Damaged Re-Paint] A while ago I repainted a Mark VI to spruce up the paint job so I grabbed another figure and did the same thing but added battle damage from the climax of Iron Man 2. Same paint job then used my little dremmel tool to drill some holes and cause some wear and tear. Then painted black on all the damage and drybrushed with silver.
Thanks for looking, feedback is always welcome.](userimages/customs/26000/25996-1.jpg) Iron Man Mark VI Battle Damaged Re-Paint Iron Man 2by LovelyAndyA while ago I repainted a Mark VI to spruce up the paint job so I grabbed another figure and did the same thing but added battle damage from the clima...2 comments | ![[Iron Man Mark III Battle Damaged Helmet] This is a custom helmet I made, I took a partial cast of a 1:6 scale Iron Man helmet so that it looks like the helmet is half buried. So I've re-painted him using Nato Black and bolt-gun metal then added some light silver dry brushing to make the lines pop.

![[Iron Man Optimus Prime] Continuing my love or Iron Man I found that 8" figure of the Mark VI to be quite well detailed, but severely lacking in the paint job department. After I re-painted my first mark VI in movie accurate colours I decided to try a true custom. Taking inspiration from another of the coolest robots ever I created Optimus Iron Man Prime.
Simple re-paint in Optimus colours and added a mouth piece and 'ears' using plastic from a coke bottle, I tried all kinds of stuff to glue these on but it kept popping off, in the end I used a few dots of fibreglass resin.](userimages/customs/26000/25875-1.jpg) Iron Man Optimus Prime Iron Man 2by LovelyAndyContinuing my love or Iron Man I found that 8" figure of the Mark VI to be quite well detailed, but severely lacking in the paint job department....3 comments | ![[Iron Man Tony Stark Back from Afghanistan Hot Toys] I had a Tony Stark head from my Iron Man mark II or III (I forget) Which I always though didn't look very much like Robert Downey Jr.
The Mech Test version of Tony Stark's head was a huge improvement so I thought I would get hold of one.
I used a suit I got on a website which matched the suit he wore when he was rescued from Afghansitan after escaping in the Mark I, so I thought it would be cool to have a figure of him with his arm in a sling looking a little beaten up.
I made the sling from kitchen paper towel which I set in shape using PVA glue mixed with blue paint. I also made him a little burger as the first thing he want's when he gets back is a burger king.](userimages/customs/26000/25855-1.jpg) Iron Man Tony Stark Back from Afghanistan Hot Toys Iron Manby LovelyAndyI had a Tony Stark head from my Iron Man mark II or III (I forget) Which I always though didn't look very much like Robert Downey Jr.

![[Iron Man Obadiah Stane Hot Toys Custom] As with my Raza custom I really felt like my Iron Man collection needed some bad guys.
I used a truetype body and the Saturday Toys mens suit set 2A, the head came from a PMC instructor figure, which isn't a dead look alike for Jeff Bridges, but it's close enough. I think the body language really sells the figure.](userimages/customs/26000/25854-1.jpg) Iron Man Obadiah Stane Hot Toys Custom Iron Manby LovelyAndyAs with my Raza custom I really felt like my Iron Man collection needed some bad guys.

![[Iron Man Raza Hot Toys Custom] I'm a big fan of the Hot Toys Iron Man range so I wanted to add to my collection by making some of the bad guys. I will be uploading my Obadiah Stane shortly.
I used the muscle truetype hot toys body and sourced all the other items individually on a website.
I added scarring to his face, made his ring and customized an Iron Man Mark I mask. I did make some goggles for him but they're just too big, so I'm going to try again using resin.](userimages/customs/26000/25832-1.jpg) Iron Man Raza Hot Toys Custom Iron Manby LovelyAndyI'm a big fan of the Hot Toys Iron Man range so I wanted to add to my collection by making some of the bad guys. I'm a big fan of the hot toys Iron Man range but asking for an Iron Monger that's about 25 inches high is a bit rich.
As with most of the other Iron Monger customs I was totally unimpressed with the dull browny colour of the original figure, so I've just given him a base of black and drybrushed in bolt-gun metal.
Nothing too exciting, but I think it works very nicely.

![[Iron Man Mark VI Re-Paint] I'm very new to customs and had this figure sitting on my shelf looking a bit lame. I checked out this website and saw someone (sorry I can't remember who) had gotten a mark V figure and made it look just awesome.
So I thought I'd try giving this figure a new paint job.
Basic stuff, primer, then base colours, black wash then drybrushing. Made the base out of a plastic pasta pot lid with model filler in the base mottled to look textured like grass.
I'll be uploading a few more customs as I'm very interested in some of the awesome things this site has to offer.
