This one already had hair so I sculpted over it and added more, so it turned out cleaner than my first Weapon X which I had sculpted hair from scratch. Gave it an accurate paint job, metal claws, and done. I think this is the best out of the 2. Sadly, I won't be making any more, it was fun making them, real fun. Thanks for looking.](userimages/customs/33500/33294-1.jpg) Age of Apocalypse Weapon X V.2 Marvel Legendsby Spiderskater3Same recipe as my first but this time I used the non-variant. ![[Arkham City Two-Face] I picked up the Batman Legacy Edition Arkham City 2-pack at my local TRU recently and as soon as I opened it I just wasn't satisfied with the paint apps on the two-face's face. The burned side had a dark purple color to it that was just meh, and wasn't even game accurate. I simply painted some flesh tones and some red to make it look more "fleshy". I added some black under the eye to bring it out and that's it, pretty simple actually. Honestly took me no more than 5 mins. to do. He went from meh, to cool. Totally worth it.](userimages/customs/33000/32694-1.jpg) Arkham City Two-Face Batmanby Spiderskater3I picked up the Batman Legacy Edition Arkham City 2-pack at my local TRU recently and as soon as I opened it I just wasn't satisfied with the paint ap...3 comments | ![[Iron Man Mark II (6in.)] Yo, what was up with that Mark II? It looked nothing like the one in the movie. It was grey and had a terrible black wash. It was an ebarrasment, even the 3.75 inch one got a better paint job. The wal-mart exclusive 6 inchers made this one look like poopy juice. At first I was like, meh I don't like this figure, but then I was like wait a minute I could just repaint it DUH!!! So I did just that, but I went the extra mile and sculpted the rivets, every single one of them! Yep took forever but I'm glad I did, cuz it looks AWESOME! I based the figure black, painted it silver, repainted the arc reactor and outlined some details, now it's beutiful. Looks "just right" compared to the Iron Man 2 figures. I also did the Mark I so check that out if you'd like.](userimages/customs/33000/32590-1.jpg) Iron Man Mark II (6in.) Iron Manby Spiderskater3Yo, what was up with that Mark II? ![[Iron Man Mark I (6in.)] I did this a while ago, just like many others I was dissapointed in the bad paint apps Hasbro gave this guy and with the superior Wal-mart exclusive 6 inchers they just made it look like poo poo next to them. So I repainted it, I based it off the look from the hot toys version. I based it flat black, dry brushed aluminum, and silver, and some gold for rusting effects. I painted some details in the wiring. I removed the flame thrower thingy it came with and sculpted a smaller one like the 3.75 version, and also sculpted the red missile launch button. I also enlarged the eyes, I thought they looked too small, and painted the gas tank. Also went ahead and painted the unarmored arm parts where it's suppose to be cloth. Now it just looks perfect next to the other 6 inchers. I also made a custom Mark II, so check that one out if you'd like.](userimages/customs/33000/32589-1.jpg) Iron Man Mark I (6in.) I wanted a Scarlet Spider but I didn't like the Toy Biz one from years ago, so I made one myself. I used a HML Ben Reilly spidey body, sculpted the hoody, belts, anklets, and eyes with Apoxie and painted it. He fits nice with the rest of my spidey figures, I can't even tell it's a custom, until I analyze it from up close. I'm really happy with how it turned out.](userimages/customs/33000/32572-1.jpg) Scarlet Spider Marvel Legendsby Spiderskater3So many of these customs and probably for the same reason. ![[Black Suit Spider-Man (Movie Version)] Even though the original Sam Raimi trilogy is over, it is still special to me, it was part of my childhood and I grew up with them. But, enough with the gay stuff, I did this custom because the Spider-man movie "Marvel Legends" Sandman series black spidey was just an awful awful figure. Instead of just repainting a regular red and blue spidey, Hasbro decided to do a new mold for Black spidey and it just turned out awful, it wasn't even black but grey. So, I made a superior Black Suit Spider-man myself using a regular red and blue Web trap Spider-Man from the Spider-Man 2 toyline. I re-sculpted the spider symbols with Apoxie and repainted the figure black, of course I had to repaint the webbing as well. Simple as that. Now I have an awesome Spider-man 3 Black Suit spidey for my movie collection and not that garbage that was the Hasbro one.](userimages/customs/33000/32561-1.jpg) Black Suit Spider-Man (Movie Version) | ![[Age of Apocalypse Weapon X] I don't like the Giant Man series Weapon Xs' and I didn't want them. I was forced to buy both of them because there was no other way I could get the missing pieces to complete my Giant Man. So instead of just reselling them and hope that somebody just might buy them, I decided to customize them to make the extra bucks so I can keep on collecting. I noticed they were not Comic-book accurate so I simply fixed that. I sculpted the hair from scratch since this was actually the burned face variant. Gave him the long hair. I smoothened the face to take away the burned look and painted it with skin tone, repainted the suit and the belt, I removed the crooked squiglly claws he had and gave it metal ones, I put a magnet in the left arm and made and extra set of removable claws. Toy Biz should have not been lazy and done him this way, then maybe more people would like it. I'm also working on the non-variant, giving it the same thing, but it does have it's significant differences so keep a look o](userimages/customs/32500/32484-1.jpg) Age of Apocalypse Weapon X Marvel Legendsby Spiderskater3I don't like the Giant Man series Weapon Xs' and I didn't want them.
