![[Mr. Hyde] I have been slowly adding to my Thunderbolts B-Team for a while now. I original intended to make Mr. Hyde with a Mr. Fixit figure, but I am glad I held off. I love the bulky look Hyde has in the recent Thunderbolts book, where is a bit pudgy, and not all muscular. The Bioshock 2 Brute figure fit the bill nicely, and required barely any sculpting. Sure, he is lacking some articulation, but he looks damn good. The face just screams Mr. Hyde.
I used the dremel to sand of the growths on his arms and face. I then sculpted over the parts I sanded down and added his hair. I repainted the newly sculpted bits and that's pretty much it. I always liked the idea of Adam being the third brother, but I guess that will never happen. Adam will most likely be the next X-character to get a meaningless death scene.

Body: Stryker
Right Elbow: AoA Sabretooth neck
Right hand: animated Hellboy
Rest of right arm: small bottle, screws and bolts
This was a figure that I have been wanting to make for a long time. I actually have Komodo and Constrictor on my list as well, but I had the urge to make Srg. Green first. The arm was my main concern, but I decided to try using a small medicine bottle with some apoxie sculpt. The raised elements are sculpted on with a few bolt heads and screwed used to make it look a bit more mechanical. I had a neck joint left over from my Blazing Skull custom that used AoA Sabretooth, so I used that on Gauntlet's elbow to ensure he has full range of movement... essentially creating an "elbow".
I know the arm isn't 100% faithful to the comic, but he's been drawn so many ways. Josh here is made from the following parts:
body, upper legs & arms: Spider-Man (Ares series)
lower arms & legs: Angel (series 10)
head: McCoy (6" Star Trek movie series... on sale at Wal-Mart for $3)
I wanted a younger looking head with the side-parted hair and I noticed the new Dr. McCoy figure on clearance at Wal-Mart, so I snapped it up. The head is a tad small compared to TB ML but it looks fine next to the newer Hasbro figures, which have smaller heads.
I took some small liberties with the costume. Instead of full silver sleeves, I left them black and just put some silver lines down the top. I like the black/gold contrast and I didn't want the silver to blend into the gold too much. The belt is sculpted, as are his biceps, which I bulked up a bit since the Spidey was extremely thin and it didn't mesh well with the Angel forearms.](userimages/customs/44500/44332-1.jpg) Elixir Marvel Legendsby SpensieriElixir is another custom from a few years ago.

The costume I chose is a mixture of his current Astonishing X-Men look and his classic outfit from Alpha Flight.
