![[Robin Memorial] I had an old DC Superheroes Robin which really did not match my DCUC collection in articulation, so I cut off the head, legs, and arms. Although the DCSH Robin is modelled after Tim Drake, I liked the build of the figure and I just changed it up a bit to be somewhat a mishmash of several other old Robin costumes. I wanted LED lights to give this memorial a ghostly effect, so I used two "Halo" Cortana bases The memorial can be lit from both the top and the bottom (although it is pictured only lit from the top). I used a glass candle guard for the clear cylinder. The cap and floor bases are made of foam core and painted in hammered metal finish. I really tried to get the effect that the mask, gloves, and outfit were encased as if they were floating. To do this, I screwed the boots into the base, then attached the cape to the boots, which in turn supports the torso. The gloves were simply attatched to the hips and the mask was cut from a ML Winter soldier and suspended a](userimages/customs/48500/48343-1.jpg) Robin Memorial Batmanby MaelstromI had an old DC Superheroes Robin which really did not match my DCUC collection in articulation, so I cut off the head, legs, and arms. ![[Caprica Museum of Colonial History] This is my "Caprica Museum of Colonial History". It's loosely based on the museums seen aboard the Galactica, and on Caprica throughout the series Battlestar Galactica. This museum features four different sections related to the history of the planet Caprica.
There is the Cylon War exhibit- showing a lifesize cylon centurion, weapons used by the cylons, miniatures of a cylon raider as well as a colonial viper (all with specs and info about the ships). There are also diagrams of a cylon basestar and the internal workings of a centurion, as well as the famous painting of the Cylon War (seen in Adama's quarters in BSG).
Then there is "From Kobol to Caprica"- which features artwork and artifacts thought to have been brought to Caprica from their ancestors planet of Kobol. There is a painting of the prophet Pythia (with a strong resemblance to Roslin), a painting of the 12 Lords of Kobol, the ancient scrolls, a sculpture of Artemis, and the famous Arrow of Apollo.

![[New Republic Jedi Temple on Yavin 4 (Episode 7 Con] After the events of Star Wars Episode 6, the New Republic is formed and Luke Skywalker builds a Jedi Academy on the old Alliance world of Yavin 4. This is my concept of what the temple would look like in the upcoming Episode 7.
Here we have Jedi Master Luke with 2 other Jedi Masters sitting at council... They are being met by the Chief of State Mon Mothma, as well as General Han Solo, Senator Leia Solo, and other members of the Senate. There are also other Jedi making a hologram "call", and student pilots going over a flight plan with General Lando Calrissian. And last, off in the corner, is a small memorial with the helmet of Luke's father, Anakin/Darth Vader.
Recipe; I made the temple with cardboard pieces that were painted with greys, browns, and greens- then used various Star Wars bases throughout (under the pillars, around Vader's helmet, etc.) The table was from an Episode 2 Genosis playset that I cut some pieces off and added a little effect to, and Vader's helmet is](userimages/customs/48500/48465-1.jpg) New Republic Jedi Temple on Yavin 4 (Episode 7 Con Star Warsby Blain3After the events of Star Wars Episode 6, the New Republic is formed and Luke Skywalker builds a Jedi Academy on the old Alliance world of Yavin 4. While I was brainstorming ideas, I considered a variety of skeletal projects, but ultimately decided on an undead creature, simply because they have play value beyond inanimate bones. I pity the museum's staff and patrons when this little critter inevitably escapes (only having an understanding of medieval technology, it's convinced that the plexiglass imprisoning it is some kind of magical force field that it must overcome) and starts causing mayhem...
Kobolds are small (3 feet in height), nasty humanoids that resemble a cross between a lizard and a dog (in Dungeons & Dragons and its derivatives anyway, historically, they're more elf/fairy-like in form). My figure is based on the recurring enemy from the Wizardry series of RPGs in particular. Kept it simple, easy, but effective and I think it looks awesome! Used a Terminator figure for his skeleton with added claws. Used pieces from the marvel select Captain America figure's base and some plastic. Finished off with marvel legends wasp's diorama backdrop. Enjoy guys!
