Here I've gone all out to create a newer version of her. The body is the original Deathstrike with retooled hip/leg articulation, a DCU Raven head with Deathstrike's cap, alternate flowing-hair head, waist covering from Elektra, hands from a Generator Rex Bio-Wulf, and wired ribbon to make posable sleeves. Her jacket and hair were Hand sculpted by me. I was going to use sewing needles for claws, but they didn't stick well and were to narrow looking, I ended poking myself with them and getting glue all over my hands for nothing. I'm not too proud of her (she dose not look much like the actor and has no ears or claws) but for such a quick and easy project she looks nice with the other figures and fills in the blank of her never being made as an actual figure. In the future I will find a better method on adding on her claws, but for now this is how she is.

![[Lady Deathstrike] This is another in a slew of customs, repaints, and modifications that I have had done for months and months. I like Deathstrike in the comics and I didn't feel like her figure really did her justice. There were some good things about the figure but she definately needed a new head. The head is from the ML Storm figure. It made her prettier than the original and some how creepier as well. Her body got a dark wash and her flesh tones were repainted as well as her chest. Needed a figure that could pull off some martial-art moves and also look sexy in black. Did some minor sculpting to alter the costume a bit, replaced the legs from a Vanessa Kensington (Austin Powers), and got the ponytail from a ML Sabretooth. While sculpting the hair, managed to make a hole at the crown for the ponytail to swivel. And the extra feature adds to the kung-fu moves each time she whips her head around, hell, even Wolvie is none the wiser with death just a strike away! The claws were individually rolled into spikes and left to dry on a sheet of tinfoil (found the apoxie didn't stick to this material). Once hardened, they were glued to each finger, resculpted over, sanded and reinforced with superglue.

![[Lady Deathstrike] Some time ago, Nuffsaid showed us his version of Lady Deathstrike (custom #1514). I loved it. Basically, I repeat the recipe, with some changes, and got one of the best custom that I did until now.
It is a 6" scale "superposeable" figure intended to fit into the X2 movie figure line, and has 35 points of articulation.
As with previous works, this is meant to be as faithful as possible to the source material (down to the number of rivets in her pants). It's not visible in the images, but three types of black paint were used for the figure: matte black for the pleated corset, semi-gloss for the pants, and gloss black for the boots and the stripes running across the shoulders and the sleeves.
I screwed all the details of clothing Invisible Woman and applied epoxy to make pants and allow the model correctly. Also I did legs in epoxy. However, what was most difficult was applied epoxie shape to the waist.
