![[New 52 Starfire] For the recipe I used dc infinite heroes Starfire head, repainted her face and hair. Used mu medusa body applying sculpt to neck and shoulders, applying sculpt to breast for enhancement, and sculpted her arm guards. Sculpted her new signature panties and applied sculpt to upper and lower legs for her boot look. So hope you all enjoy and have a good one.](userimages/customs/50000/49867-1.jpg) New 52 Starfire | ![[STARFIRE: Red Hood & the Outlaws] Here is the final piece to my Red Hood & the outlaws set, Starfire. She was made from a DC Universe Star Sapphire figure, I resculpted her entire torso, hips, butt and sculpted all the armor. The head she's sportin came from a DCU modern Cheetah. I had to shave the shoulders way down to allow for the armor to be sculpted on, so the articulation still works. Tough piece but thought she came out nicely.

I needed Starfire to complete my Red Hood & Outlaws trio.
Base figure Star Sapphire, swapped head and hands with DcU Cheetah figure.
Sculpted wrist guards and shoulder pads.
Paint and done.
I was really surprised how well the Cheetah head worked.
The Star Sapphire figure I bought came with two right hands, go figure.
Hope you like.

![[Starfire] This is one of my favorite female dc characters, used to watch teen titans all the time, so my knowledge is limited to that show and not the comic. Well to start off for the princess I used a psylocke figure with an older toybiz storm hair (an electric/robotic series came with a diorama/base). I then sculpted some extra hair, collar, glove details, top of leggins and jewels.
Hope you like her as much as I do and views, comments and support appreciated.
reached my limit on comments so will leave comments as soon as I can, thanks for the kind words and support everyone.](userimages/customs/34500/34119-1.jpg) Starfire | ![[DC Starfire] No doubt one of my top customs. This one was a little challenging but A LOT of fun to make. The regular cream color I have would not fit Starfire's deep tan/reddish/orange skin. So I had to do mix some of my yellow paint with red paint to create her skin tone. For the suit I used a dark purple. I also applied some purple and green glitter to her suit to give it a nice sheen and then superglued over the entire thing to ensure that the glitter would stay (don't worry, I didn't glue over any of the joints, so she still has full articulation). The eyes were simple. two dots of green and some eyeliner. The hair was used from a previous Jean grey custom that I wound up hating. The hair is originally from a DC Universe "The Creeper" figure. made for my good buddy, Xavion2004, who has hooked me up with many, hard to find, ML and DCUC figures.
without a doubt, the most ambitious and ball busting custom I have ever done. I'm not going to go into a lot of detail here, for those interested, the full story along with WIP pics is located on ActionFigurePics.
Recipe
DCUC Starfire – Head, Hair, Collar, Forearms and Fists
DCUC Cheetah – Upper Torso and Legs
DCUC Wonder Woman – Shoulder Balls and Biceps
DCUC Wonder Girl/Donna Troy – Feet
ML 2 Pack Elektra Lower Torso melded with Hips from DCUC Cheetah, Molded and Cast Parts

Because orange is just as hard to paint as yellow, the flesh had to be painted in 2 stages, first a base coat of Citadel Foundation Solar Orange then Reaper Burnt Orange for the actual flesh tone
The purple of her costume is Citadel Liche Purple over a base coat of Reaper Nightshade Purple and Imperial Purple
