Sota Street fighters are boil and pop. Boil them in 30-45 second intervals and don't leave them in the pot. Tongs help. Once you've done that and it's somewhat pliable, push the ab rod through. The pelvis on most will pop out as well. the shoulders will pop out but you can wrap a string around the inside of the joint between the shoulder ball and torso twist it around a screwdriver until it pops or just use the string to pull straight out. Do not drill the torso. It is a solid piece. A few are made of a harder plastic and take a lot of work such as Zangief.
