I saw this anime. I think it was called Night Shift Nurses.

The Hulk should have never Smurffed with Smurfette.

Who'd have thoguht it, he's a giant monster, but hes afraid of tiny needles, isn't that how he became hulk in the first place?

Clumsy Smurf came in to get his tetanus shot, and Smurfette must've grabbed the syringe full of gamma rays by mistake. The last thing she remembers as the clinic crumbled around her, was the big green thing yelling, "Hulk Smurf Smash!"
