Custom Tutorials Are Back
Custom Tutorials are back! This feature didn't have as many cobwebs as some of the others, so things should look mostly the same as before. However, there are two big improvements. First, there is now a submission form for the tutorials so users can officially submit tutorials and they will go through the standard Regulator approval process. Hooray! Second, the new user comments system has been enabled so users can post comments and ask questions about the tutorials.
