 Thank you for your inquiry. I was never asked to make a custom figure for someone else and I’m so flattered. Since I have a full-time job during weekdays and households to take care of at weekends, I could only put myself working on a limited amount of time. As for cost to make another one, I would need to buy all the recipes mentioned above again from overseas considering I’m currently residing in Asia where there aren’t too many specialty stores selling 6” action figures. Then there are labor costs for the time spent to sculpt and to paint. Lastly, special means to handle the shipping would cost fairly high taking the fact into consideration that sculpted portions break easily if there are lots of pointy parts.  Trick to my paint job is applying a primer first and then spray can. I use mostly enamel or laquer paint with Topcoat (Mr. Hobby) for the final coating. Hope this is useful.
