Unknown 1970's figure???

I have had an action figure in my possesion for about 20 years and I have no idea who or what it is...I know it has to be from the 1970's. Basically he's white with ultra white hair. His face comes off so you can see his brain, he dons a red and black velcro jumpsuit and it has the letter Z on his chest. He had shoes, but they are long gone. Also on his back, you can squeeze it and it pumps blood thru his chest cavity... any ideas????
He stands about a foot tall as well. Thanks
