Marvel Toy Biz base from 1998, I have no idea who it goes w/

Okay, I'm not able to uplink pics from my camera yet so hopefully the description will be enough. I've scoured the net and haven't had any luck.

The base is a clear blue disk, it slides open in the middle. The edges kinda look like they may have been sculpted to be energy, there are some little purple dots here and there, and the inner circle has a bunch of smaller circles and rings. Where the base splits there are two holes that also seperate.

On the bottom it says "1998 Marvel, Toy Biz".

I'm not very familiar with the early Toy Biz lines so I'm not real sure which one it came from.

Any body able to figure it out?
