Ever bought from ToyRocket Auctions?

Ugh.

Don't buy from TR's ebay store unless you absolutely gots to have a figure. The customer service is disgusting, but more precisely, it's non-exsistant. 4 emails and not one of them was answered. In the last one I asked for them to correct the shipping cost error because they were over-charging me by over 12 dollars. Then I get a new invoice in which they are only over-charging me by 5 dollars. If they don't want their toys being sold at low auction prices, then why the hell don't they jsut start the auctions at 10 dollars each and not screw with the shipping? The shipping-box better say $15.99 when it gets here or I'm going really huffy and puffy, and they're not going to like me if I get all huffy and puffy.

But on the upside, I'm getting Ryu, Sagat, and Chun Li (all in original colors) and a blue Cammy (custom fodder or evil twin? mua ha ha ha...) for about 11 bucks each, that's including all costs. That's about what I would pay at a store if they still had them so goody...

Everything here is at a GREAT price while most of the TR stuff stays at store prices pretty much at all times. Besides, management(CC) is much more lively here

The main site and the auction store are two different stores, they have two different shipping policies, I asked the bay-store but they're not responding.

Well, at least if I win all the stuff I want and they want to jack-up the shipping I can claim bad customer service and that their auctions are misleading/confusing.
