gouging shoulders

Posted in Custom Workstation

I finaly got two figures done up to the painting stage, then as I was priming one(planet hulk base)I noticed some paint rub. looking harder I saw that it wasn't just rub, the shoulder was gouging into the ball joint, digging up plastic. I was wondering whether or not boil and pop would work for this joint, or will I have to crack him to try and rig something up?

also, I wanted to post the bio's to my custom team somewhere, but don't know where it would be appropriate

Well, if the two parts are gouging, then a buffer won't do anything xP

Try smearing some gun/knife oil into the joint when you're done painting.

would putting a buffer in the way help? like glueing ruberbands around the shoulder sleeve, since there is a huge gap there anyway

I'd say go ahead and grind-away the excess plastic on the shoulder, I'm not sure exactly what you have to grind/sand away but use your better judgement!

Custom bios? Go ahead and post them on this board (I'll see what I can do about updating this board's description)
