Customizing w/ SOTA Street Fighters

Posted in Custom Workstation

I'm contemplating trying to make a Conan and a Ka-Zar out of a couple of SOTA SF Kens and I'm looking for suggestions on some good "bare legs" to use. For a test I tried a pair of legs from a HB ML Quicksilver but they were loose on the pegs and just didn't look right with the Ken chest and waist.

Also; has anybody tried using a Street Fighter torso with an ML waist or just dismantled a SOTA SF? I'm looking for tips and things to look out for when I attempt it.

He-Man stuff is not very easy to come by here. I wanted to use the SOTA SF's because they are a good match in scale for the MLs. as for the DCSH Superman - I'd have to use him from the waist down.

yes they are well made. most of the weight is in the legs though.

Those Sota figures are stout. There aren't really that many Legends figures with their amount of mass.
