Who actually likes to play with their figures?

Posted in Custom Workstation

And not just pose them? I know a lot of people just like to put them in poses and leave them that way, but I acutally like playing with my figures, and putting them in different poses to determine which looks coolest.

This is why the paint chipping at the joints worries me. Because I like to actually play with my figures.

For those who do play with their figures and paint a lot, do you have to constantly retouch them?

Right, but painting it is just adding a new layer. The only way to ensure it won't chip is to cast new parts in a mold and dye the resin the color you want before it hardens...

But I doubt we all have resin molds lying around.

GJ said that Gundam Markers might work too, I've never seen them before though. But yeah, your goal is to try and change the color of the plastic to what you want so it can't chip.

I like to play with my figures. I usually play with the ones that have matching joints. Like my Vulcan Spider Man custom base body was black panther, and since around the joints it's mostly black I don't worry much of chipping.
