Legendary Comic Book Heroes Series 3 and 4 CANCELED!!!?

Posted in Action Figure Chatter

Yes, it is sad but true. It was posted on toyglobe.com last weekend.

Series 3 was: Mean Machine, Vanguard, Aphrodite, Conan, Nexus, & Grendel Prime
Series 4 was: Ghost, Hunter Rose Grendel, Rogue Trooper, King Kull, Ian Notingham, Barbaric

Also the Darkness / Witchblade variant 2 pack was canceled and dropped from the first series of 2 packs.

sorry guys.

I just got my series 2 and I got to say all the figures were bad a$$, but I got one big a$$ grip the varients for the series suckked a$$, you get a janky ol clear judge death and a repaint mad man, that shyyt was weak, first the varient was gonna be a bloody marv and I really wanted that then they changed it to a green and black ann o brian and I was ok with that but now they gave us a stupid shyyyt mad man, the only difference is he has yellow arms black gloves and a closed eye, I was pisssssssed to the point of pisstivity

prob not, but if they make them at a higher quality than Hasbro does the ML figs they will sell pretty well. With customizers at least.

I see that LCBH wave 2 is just hitting the web dealers now - TRU and KB have 'em on their websites now.

I wouldn't put too much stock in what Toyglobe says.

one thing though there is no way the LCBH line is ever going to sell as well as the MLs or DCU - those characters just don't have the fan base that Marvel and DC characters have. not even close.

Just went to walmart for some fodder figures and saw just the first wave. They did have the second but I guess they are selling. However out of the 20 figures on the pegs 2 of them were the clear Judge Death variants.
If anything I could see them delaying the release of the third and fourth wave, just to stop clutter. It's way too soon anyway to start pushing them when a lot of people havent even got the one and second wave.

Since they would be nearly impossible to find in stores in my area I'm wondering would it make any difference from a certain point of view.

Well I don't believe anything anymore until an official press release is issued.

Yeah,
I can still find LCBH Series 1 here.

But I hope they don't cancel. They were WAYYYYYYYYYYYY better than HMLs.

I think someone on the fwoosh posted this article and some people were saying that toyglobe wasn't always an accurate source of information.
