Could someone point me in the direction of a tutorial on head switching?

Jins was really useful, I'm just wondering, specifically, how to make it so heads can be interchangeable.

Also, I keep hearing about Black Arachnis' head casts, but I can't seem to find his website. If its not up anymore, where else can I get casted heads from?

you could just make the holes inside the heads, and the peg balls bigger (Hasbro's Marvel Legends do this for interchangable heads, as seen in almost all recent HML 2-packs)

As far as interchangeable heads, there are a couple ways to go. Replace the head peg with a longer rod, and if the head holes are the right size you can just slide heads on and off. The extra length of the peg helps keep them on, and the rod has to be pretty snug in the head hole. Loose enough to slide on and off, but snug enough so it doesn't flop around.

You could also use magnets. you just have to figure out how to fit. A great place for magnets is Guassboys. Ebay it, and you'll find them, They have a great magnets selection, all sorts of shapes and some of the tiniest sizes you'll ever see.

hope that helps.

Black Arachis is long gone. Viking is closed and may or may not reopen. DMC direct isn't taking order until Jan 2. There is also a guy on ebay with a few heads, and another guy on here with a handful.

I do a lot of casting for my own customs. I don't have a site set up or anything, but I run a high pressure system and produce good casts. Let me know what your looking for and if I have it I'll be more than happy to hook ya up. I've got quite a few heads and weapons, so I may have what you need, I may not. PM me and I'll see if I can help you out.
