McF Billy the Kid figure - flexible or hard jacket?
Posted in
Custom WorkstationDoes anyone know if the coat from McFarlane's "Billy the Kid" figure is flexible, or is it incredibly rigid?
http://spawn.com/toys/product.aspx?product=1503I'm thinking of finding one online for a custom I'm doing (it's the right style of coat) for a FOA Ranger-sort of project. Only thing is, if it's a solid sculpted piece I'll need to look elsewhere.
Any info would be appreciated.
Cheers,

I have Hex from that series, and that coat is pretty flexible/removable. Most NECA stuff is like that.
Dear andro6657,
Hello that is a great question, As Im writing I have the figure in my hand,Let me answer it this way "some" parts of jacket itself are flexible (made of some strong plastic but is bendable, the lower coat tails down by his feet are very flexible) but it seems the way Billy is wearing it it would be Impossible to take off, The coats texture is "harder around his chest and arms.I just noticed something the coat portion around his arms looks like a "seperate" piece as opposed to the rest of the coat almost like the arms are removable but the jacket covering the arms looks like one piece with arms. So no the full coat would not be removable parts are flexible but not "Fully" removable.Sorry to ramble but I want to give you as much INFO as possible.
Thanks!
