Custom Playsets and collection displays

Posted in Custom Workstation

I'm working on some Do-it-yourself large diorama ideas with a local sign company. When the peal and stick paper comes in I'll be designing 2 foot x 8 foot, 4 foot x 4 foot, and 4 foot x 8 foot wall graphics for display playsets. I've already designed 8 level (each level is 1 foot tall) GI Joe, Star Wars, Marvel Comics-S.H.I.E.L.D. BASE-Fantastic Four Headquarters-Hulk Buster Base-Avengers Headquarters, DC Comics-Justice League Headquarters-Titans Tower, etc. I'm also working on a Batcave with the Wayne library as the top floor. I've sketched out an idea for a sewer level, subway level, street level, bulding front, and rooftop, sky levels. The graphic sticks to the wall with doors and door frames that peal and stick for personal placement. I will be building shelves, platforms, catwalks, stair sets, and ladders for more customization. I'm also thinking about monitor screens, consoles, control panels, chairs, etc. You buy the parts and put it together the way you want to. I'll also furnish computer templates so you can print out your own logos, monitor screens, etc. on sticker paper or sticker transparancies. These will be generic playset/displays without logos so I can sell them without copyright issues. You will add what logos you want to make the playset/display that you want. I have military type bases designed in military green, military blue, military brown, and a dirty gray. The military blue makes a great S.H.I.E.L.D. base, the dirty gray works for Area 51 and the X-Files, both the military green and military brown work for the Hulkbusters Base. I've made a stainless steel base that works for Justice League Base, Iron Man Armory or workshop, S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters, etc.

Its an idea in progress. Give me some input. This will be up and running soon. I'm hoping it will make enough money to finance the 3D rapid prototyper for making action figures and parts.
