Halo Reach to Mass Effect

Hi and hello! Its been a long time since I posted, but I just wanted some suggestions on a little project. I'm making a set of Mass Effect action figures, but I want to them to be cooler than the already available ones. I'm working on Shepard, Wrex, Tali, and Garrus.

Halo Reach Unhelmeted Carter - Shepard - This one is actually done, and I feel like it turned out great, I used a whole lot of new painting techniques to get him to look just right. I only have some out of focus shots though. ;_;

Halo Reach Gorge - Wrex - Body wise I felt this figure was perfect. The legs are a bit over sized, the arms are a little too short... he's very t-rex like in build. The difficult part, I'm not sure what to do about making Wrex's head. I've been looking at plastic animal figures, I think maybe heavily modifying a Frog or Stegosaurus?

Halo Reach unhelmeted Kat - Tali - This will truly be a labor to complete... I have to resculpt the toes of her boots, the little forearm and back of her leg joint spurs, get her down to 3 fingers like Wrex, then find a way to make her a removable mask... haven't even started.

Garrus - I AM TOTALLY LOOOOOOOST!

So I'm posting this to ask what you'd suggest as a good Garrus base. I need something in scale to the Halo Reach figures. I also would appreciate suggestions for what might make a good head for Wrex, and also any suggestions for Tali.
