Marvel Legends or NECA Scale DBZ Figs?

I recently bought a lot of DRAGONBALL figures on EBAY and they are only 5 inches tall (I did the conversion wrong from mm.) So I was wondering if anyone knew of some nicely sculpted 6 or 7 inch DBZ figures? I have something in mind that I could use from the HERO series by Banpresto, but if there is any other information you realmers could shoot my way I would be very appreciative, Thank you.

Bandai makes 6" scale DBZ figures under the SH Figuarts name. So far they've done SS Goku, Piccolo, SS Vegeta, SS/2 Gohan and SS3 Goku. They have pretty good sculpts and a ton of articulation,.

I was going to try to talk BZcustoms into casting my Goku and Vegeta heads which fit Street Fighter and WWE bodies pretty well.
