I'm sometimes plagued by bubbles in my paint too, although I'm not sure why it happens. Some days the paint will be fine, then on others it'll sud up like crazy, maybe the temperature of the room the paint is stored in has an effect? For some reason, my red paint in particular is prone to bubbling.
There can be many contributing factors to getting bubbles in your paint, one might be that you kneed to stir your paint before use instead of shaking it due to the paints consistency. Another option of what it could be is the brush your using, some of my cheaper brushes with old and worn bristles tend to leave more bubbles then others of mine so I stick to using those brushes for dry brushing and mixing paint. One more think that might help you out is blowing on the paint lightly after you apply it, this will pop most of the bubbles before they have time to dry.
