Head casting question

I was wondering, if I were to buy a head, and have it cast, it there is someone who enlarges casts? So that the head could be used in larger scale.

You're looking for someone who uses Hydrospan. Not very common for customizers or action figure casters. Works similar to the things you drop in water and they grow. You have to make a mold. Pour in Hydrospan like you would resin. Wait for it to expand to the right size. Then mold again and cast in resin. It's not that cheap either. I'm not sure you wana pay the price. What head are you trying to grow?
