Thanks guys for the feedback. I'm basing the look from the prototype of alex. His hair has bleach blonde highlights with light brown base. Base color is light brown, then I mixed flesh tone, yellow, brown and white. The end result was close to the prototype. Thanks again guys for the help

For blonde hair, I'd start out with a brown base coat, dry brush some tan/yellow/gold on top of that, and then apply a light brown wash on top to tie everything together. How blonde you want things to be should factor heavily into your color choices, obviously platinum blonde hair is going to be a lot lighter than dirty blonde hair.

Regarding Alex from Street Fighter: He does actually have bright cartoony yellow hair if you're shooting for game accuracy.

I'm not sure about Tamya but if you look through those big bottles of cheep paint there is a color called "hey" wich I use a lot for blonde hair(I suggest using a sealant with that brand of paint though because it's not as strong as others. If you just want to work with the colors you have I think you can achieve the color your looking for by mixing some white and a tiny bit of brown with the yellow you have.
