Small Commissions?

I didn't know where to post this but this seemed like the best area to put it.

I was interested in getting some small commission work done and wanted to know about how pricey it might be.

1) The Dex-Starr figure () getting repainted into a Hope Lantern (along with symbol changed) and having the head/paws/tail painted up to look like my cat.

2) Get a custom head or two for Harley Quinn ( and I'd love to just have Harley's head from the Hush series just fitted to work on this figure but since that figure can be pricey, probably a bit too much to ask. So, just a much better looking regular head would be great. If it resembles the Hush Harley that would be great, she had a gorgeous face in that figure.
