Child/Little Girl Action Figures

Hello there!

I'm a Bioshock fan and have collected a lot of the pieces, but as it is of course a mass produced set, all the Little Sisters look exactly alike. And since it is based on the second game, they don't resemble those shown first one at all. The offered figures are starting to get harder to find for less than fifty bucks, and as much fun as having the set it, I have to eat and stuff. So I'm thinking I'd like to beef up my collection with some custom-made Little Sisters. And the first step is always finding bases.

Which is proving pretty hard.

I saw mention of similar searching in one other post, but most of the given suggestions revolved around male figures. I'm currently attempting to find female, or androgynous, children figures in the 3.75 scale. I am willing to take suggestions regarding similarly sized figures, but I'd like them as close to that size as possible. If it's at all possible, I'd like them to have similar articulation to the Bioshock line of girls, so shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees, but I'm willing to make sacrifices for the purposes of display.
